Miss Hilliard owns the outstanding Castlelough Herd, and has been milking Kerry cows for almost her whole life. She has been the Secretary of the Kerry Cattle Society since 1974 and is now the Honorary Secretary. The survival of the Kerry Cow to date is largely due to her efforts, and many years of dedication.
