Colm Murphy is a dairy farmer from Lispole (Kerry) and wanted to play his part in helping to preserve the Kerry Cow. With a mixed dairy herd, Colm sells the milk from his Kerries to Murphy’s Ice Cream and also Kell’s Cheese.
